Enquiry and Order Process
- Find your Window Details using our guidelines below.
- Fill out our Enquiry Form including Your Details.
- Submit your Enquiry Form via the website or print and post it to us.
- On receipt of your Enquiry we will send you our Quotation and Order form with our anticipated delivery lead time.
- On receipt of your Order and payment we will make and despatch your Raingards to you ready to fit.
Window Details
Before we can advise you the price of your Raingards there are 3 sets of Window Details we will need to know for each window; the Corner Radius, Overall Length and Overall Height.
Corner Radius
Place an A4 sheet of paper so that it completely covers the curved part of one outside top corner of your window. Hold it in position with masking tape. Now trace the outer edge of the window frame onto the paper with a pencil or pen (see photo). This will enable us to make Raingards match the profile of your window.
In the likely event that several of your windows share the same Corner Radius you only need send us one Corner Radius drawing for all of the windows to which it applies. Make sure you write all relevant window numbers on each Corner Radius drawing.
If you scan or photocopy your Corner Radius please print your scan/copy and check the image has not distorted. You can do this by placing the original over the scan/copy and holding both sheets up to a strong light so you can see both profiles through the paper. You must attach the file to your Enquiry Form or post your Corner Radius to us with your enquiry.
Overall Length
The Overall Length is the furthest distance in millimetres between the upright outside edges of the window frame. It must be accurate so try to measure the Overall Length to within 2 mm and write this down in your Window Details enquiry.
Overall Height
Measure the distance between the upper and lower outside edges of the window frame in millimetres to obtain the Overall Height. Write this down in your Window Details Enquiry Form.
Please Note:
We cannot change a Raingard once it has been made so please ensure your measurements are correct.
